How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every UK order. Nothing is added for shipping at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery then takes 6 to 9 business days. You receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days, starting on the day after you receive your order, without giving a reason. Email us first and we send you the return instructions. The full terms are in our refund policy.

Who pays for return postage?

If you changed your mind, including about the fit or the colour, you pay the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we pay it.

Which size should I choose?

Most product pages show a size chart with the garment measurements per size. Our size guide explains how to measure yourself, and if you are unsure, email us and we help you choose.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
